UPDATE - As they saw the review, they sent me an email! They wanted me to remove the review and in exchange they will refund 50% of 1 of the lamp we bought...
It's really the worst customer service ever. After everything we encountered they should have done something a...
We paid the full amount, and were told we will be delivered in january. All good.
In January 2018 we received the small tables and buffet.
1/ The buffet had a color issue, they changed it end of november 2018! 10 months later...!!! First problem.
2/ We had to wait april 2018 to have our lamps!! Second problem.
3/ We had to wait december 2018 for our table ! Yes that's right! 1 year later!!!! Third problem.
They never offered us to have lend us a temporary table in the meantime, they never apologized, they never called us or email us to let us know what was going on. We had to call, and call, and send emails again and again, they just don't *** care about their customers! I've never seen something like that.
And now, we sent 3 emails to have a detailed ticket, and they just don't reply at all. They don't give a ***
The worst experience ever, where you have to run after them, everyday to hope for an answer. I don't recommend this brand at all because of this "customer service".
It's a pity to act like this. For sure Karma will take care of them.

So true. I had same bad experience with them, and on having damaged they say its normal to have little damage while shipping. Y r v paying high amount for the furniture as well as shipping just to get the damaged stuff.
