Ordered our bed in early November. It was going to be our early Christmas present to ourselves.
I've emailed a three times asking where it is. Haven't even received a reply to the last two. The first email they sent after I ordered was very friendly. I thought, "okay, that's nice".
But all I want is our bed. They charged us immediately, of course. To be fair, the customer service representative seems like a nice guy. But I don't care if you're nice, I just want the freaking thing I ordered.
I'm running into this kind of thing more and more with online companies. They have great products, but whatever you buy gets lost in the etherverse. We just a couch we ordered three months ago from West Elm. My advice?
